Spanning over 1,600 sq. km and featuring more than 20 lakes, rivers and streams, Meadow Lake Provincial Park is one of the largest provincial parks in Canada. A favorite destination for many vacationers and adventurers, it offers excellent fishing and water-based opportunities with some of the best beaches in Saskatchewan. The Boreal Trail, one of the premier hiking destinations in Canada, is a park gem with day-hike and multi-day hike options. Seek out the area's wildlife and vegetation by venturing out on one of the park's other well-groomed hiking trails, or enjoy some relaxation by frequenting one of its many picnic areas. Featuring twelve campgrounds with over 800 campsites, the park offers a new experience each visit. For that perfect getaway with minimal effort and preparation, two Camp-Easy sites are available for booking, and numerous summer and year-round cabin accommodations are also available.
