Extreme Adventures

Based out of Regina, Fresh Trails Mountain Bike Skills offers mountain bike lessons to riders at the beginner level through to the more experienced level. The customized lessons, delivered by a Certified Professional Mountain Bike Instructor (PMBI), provide riders with the ability to ride with more confidence, style and flow.
Lessons are available at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park with prior reservation, and they can also be offered in other locations throughout the province. Phone or email for locations and bookings. Extreme Adventures

Based in Saskatoon, Prairie Paragliding offers Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association of Canada Certified instruction as introductory classes and beginner paragliding courses out of Blackstrap Provincial Park. Paragliding is a form of free flight (without engines) where pilots utilize a parachute-like wing to glide. Paragliders utilize natural lift from the wind and sun to stay airborne for longer flights. Lessons must be booked in advance; business is not located directly on site at Blackstrap Provincial Park.
