        The Candle Lake Golf Resort is a full-service golf resort that encompasses spectacular views of Candle Lake with a RV campground and a variety of cabins and townhouses.  The Snack Shack is open year round, and offers everything from ice, pop and snacks to a fully stocked​​ liquor store.​ The resort has state-of-the-art fitness facilities including Moose Muscle Fitness, open daily 24 hours. 

        Enjoy dining at the Water's Edge Restaurant & Lounge or the recently added Angry Beaver Cafe that serves specialty coffees, teas and early morning breakfast options with a great view of the marina. The well-appointed conference centre is open year round. It can accommodate 12-300 people, and is a perfect destination for weddings, conferences, meetings, wellness retreats and workshops. The restaurant, cafe and conference centre are temporarily closed.

        The resort's golf course hosts spectacular views of the lake throughout the back nine. Comprised of 18 holes carved out of the boreal forest, it will challenge any golfer with over 26 sand traps, water hazards and rough. Three sets of tees on each hole accommodate all skill levels. Its new pro shop is open during the golf season (mid-May to mid-October) and carries quality golf attire and gear.
         
        The Resort also offers guests other year-round outdoor experiences. The variety of hiking, cycling and ATV trails provide ample opportunity to experience the great scenery and excellent bird and wildlife viewing. The marina, with approximately 180 slips and boat/motor and pontoon rentals, offers access to fun on the lake. Check out the Donut Boat rentals and ask about the 'picnic on board' cooler options - new in 2024. 

        Snowmobilers have access to hundreds of kilometres of snowmobile trails surrounding the resort. During the winter, guests can also enjoy groomed cross-country ski trails, three outdoor groomed skating rinks, a 24-hour hockey rink, snowshoeing, ice fishing, sliding hill and more. Onsite equipment rentals include snowshoes, snowmobiles and ice fishing shacks.

        The Tree Dodgers Snowmobile Club operates over 360 km of groomed and marked snowmobile trails through northern parkland and boreal forest. There are thirteen warm-up shelters enroute to enhance your riding experience. Trails extend north from Christopher Lake to Elk Ridge Resort, south to Prince Albert, northeast to Candle Lake and west towards Big River. The Trans Canadian Snowmobile Trail intersects the Club's primary trails. ​

        The Tree Dodgers ATV Club in conjunction with Great Blue Heron Provincial Park, operates approximately 10 km of designated trails within the park. The club is currently in the process of developing additional designated trails within the district of Lakeland.
