Foodtruck Wars Street Festival

Saskatoon – August 4-6, 2022

Welcome to the 2022 Foodtruck Wars Street Festival. This family and pet-friendly event takes place on 23rd Street East and 4th Avenue North in downtown Saskatoon. Support the festival's 25 food vendors, while taking in the cultural dancing, food-related competitions and karaoke challenges.

 

Regina Folk Festival

Regina – August 5-7, 2022

The Regina Folk Festival returns to Victoria Park with it’s 51st festival, themed Redreamings: What does a thousand-sided dream sound like? This year’s lineup features an incredible blend of musical styles, cultural influences and, above all, some of the world’s best talent. The festival will offer free daytime concerts and workshops on sunlit stages, children’s area with music, dance and crafts, huge vendors’ market with tons of one-of-a-kind finds and tasty treats, beer gardens, pop-up record store, as well as highly anticipated main stage concerts

 

Saskatchewan Premier's Walleye Cup

Tobin Lake – August 5-6, 2022

The Saskatchewan Premier’s Walleye Cup is held each year in August. It is Saskatchewan’s original walleye tournament and takes places on the river section of Tobin Lake at the Nipawin & District Regional Park. This two-day live release tournament brings teams from across North America to compete for over $100,000 in prize money. Known as the walleye capital of North America, Tobin Lake is renowned for its big fish, breathtaking scenery and pristine waters.

 

Outlook Riverbank Rodeo

Outlook – August 12-13, 2022

Don’t miss the fast-paced action of the 3rd annual Riverbank Rodeo in Outlook. This CCA-sanctioned event features full rodeo performances, including children’s events, on both Friday and Saturday. Rodeo cabarets held both evenings. Daily and weekend passes available at the gate.

 

Shake the Lake Outdoor Music Festival

Regina – August 12-13, 2022

Lloydminster Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Finals

Lloydminster – August 17-21, 2022

The Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Association (CPCA) brings the excitement of racing to communities across Western Canada with over 30 days of competition this summer. Lloydminster Exhibition Association is hosting the five-day CPCA Finals at Halstead Downs starting on Wednesday.

 

Wind & Waves Festival

Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park – August 20, 2022

Experience the park like never before! Come out for a day of jam-packed fun and take part in thrilling sky and water-themed festivities. From kite-flying competitions and sky-sport demonstrations, to fly-fishing lessons and kayaking, it will be fun for the whole family.

 

Lakeside Music Festival

Waskesiu Lake – August 26-28, 2022

Held in beautiful Prince Albert National Park, Waskesiu Lakeside Music Festival is a weekend jam-packed with a variety of free, family-friendly activities and live music, including the Indigenous talent showcase. Food vendors and beer gardens will be onsite. On Saturday and Sunday, take in the free musical entertainment on the main stage. Cabarets, with an admission charge, take place on Friday and Saturday evenings.
