Shell's Fitness & Soul Center offers boot camp, army-based outdoor obstacle course, gym, personal training, life coaching, private functions and classes, meditation workshop and yoga classes for all ages and bodies. Take part in a retreat, or just plan a staycation, where guests have access to two year-round cabins and a seasonal cabin nestled in the woods.
