Visitors to the RCMP Heritage Centre Museum, located on "Depot" Division lands, are encouraged to take the summer trolley tour, which includes the RCMP Chapel and other historically significant sites. As the Chapel is in an active training facility, it is only accessible through these tours. The Depot Trolley Tours take place Mon to Fri from June to August 30 through the RCMP Heritage Centre Museum.
Originally constructed as a mess hall in 1883, and converted to a chapel in 1895, the RCMP Chapel is located at the "Depot" Division Training Academy in Regina. It is the oldest standing building in the city. All individuals who wish to become a Royal Canadian Mounted Police member train in Regina at the RCMP Academy "Depot" Division.
