The "Hidden" Conglomerate Cliffs are accessible only by trail, a part of the Trans Canada Trail that is shared amongst hikers, equestrian riders and mountain bikers. Road and trail to cliffs are not accessible during wet conditions, contact park office for more information. Refer to park's trail map, West Block and Equestrian, for details.
Made up of a combination of gravel and stones known as "cobbles," the cliffs overlook the Battle Creek Valley in the West Block of the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. The exposed edges of these cliffs have been eroded over time, leaving steep banks with millions of pebbles looking like they are encased in concrete. An amazing natural attraction, the cliffs offer visitors an alluring view of the tree-covered slopes and valley below.
