One of the last of its kind on the prairies and designated a national historic site in 1984, this former Prince Albert Town Hall and Opera House was completed in 1893. ​Now the home of the Margo Fournier Arts Centre, the building is the centre for arts and cultural programs for all ages and abilities. Meeting facilities, a pottery studio, and The J.V. Hicks Gallery which features monthly exhibitions are housed in the Centre. The Centre can also host birthday,​ art and pottery parties. Art equipment rental is available.
