The Foam Lake Visitor Centre offers travellers a beautiful rest stop on Highway 16. A picnic area, washroom facilities, tourist information, souvenirs and free Wi-Fi are available. Learn about this spectacular birding area through interpretive displays and an interactive map of the Foam Lake Heritage Marsh sites. The Milligan Creek Hiking Trail, next to the centre, is 1 km long and allows visitors to view songbirds while strolling beside Milligan Creek, the headwaters of the Quill Lakes.
Also on site is an in-Motion Fitness Trail, Sensory Gardens, Heritage Museum House and Hockey Heroes Display. Take in a round of minigolf at the agricultural-themed, nine-hole mini golf course located directly across from the centre or practise your swing at the driving cages located behind the visitor centre.
The cozy Foam Lake Campground is located amongst lush poplar trees for shade and protection. Campsites are well-kept and are equipped with electrical outlet, firepit and picnic table. A modern washrooms/shower facility, sewage disposal and a water tap are on site. Unserviced tenting sites are also available.
