Located near Moose Jaw, Prairie Bee is Saskatchewan's first craft meadery. Crafting honey into wine in small batches, every bottle has the personal touch and the Prairie Bee seal of approval. The fruits that are incorporated into Prairie Bee wines are all-Canadian, and many of them are estate-grown on their Saskatchewan farm! 

Prairie Bee Meadery has teamed up with ECONOMUSÉE®, Canada's leader in artisan-at-work programs to develop experiences showcasing the bees that produce the honey and the artisanal nature of mead production. Choose from self-guided tours with or without an interactive app, hosted guided tours, audio tours (English and French), light meals, wine by the glass, and take or make craft activities in the crafting pavilion. Book online or drop in. 

Visit the showroom location at the historic Grant Hall Hotel in Moose Jaw for walk-in tastings. Private events and group tastings are also available.​

Visit Prairie Bee Meadery located near Moose Jaw for a Pollinator Pathway Hosted Experience. This family friendly tour will help you uncover humanity’s partnership with honeybees – how they live, work, and keep us alive. Suitable for all ages the Pollinator Pathway is a family friendly nature trail set out across 2-acres of native prairie wildflowers, enjoy a walk in the field, take a seat and embrace the summer.  You will get hands on with an inactive hive and bee keeping equipment.  The tour runs Thursday to Sunday, and starts at 1 p.m. 

Admission is $15 adults, $7 children 10 - 17 years, children under 10 free (no booking required). Advance booking recommended, but drop-ins may be accommodated.

During the Prairie Bee Meadery Wine & Dine Experience @ The Grant Hall Hotel​, experience the elegance of the Grant Hall Hotel in Moose Jaw, and take a guided tour to uncover the history of the local alcohol industry in Saskatchewan from the 1870s to today.

On your tour you will sample cocktails made from local craft alcohol, followed by shopping for your favourite products at Prairie Bee Meadery​ store. Then sit down in reserved seating for a dinner at the Little Chicago Steak House at The Grant Hall Hotel.

Pick your dining experience – the standard experience includes a $50 dining coupon, while the enhanced experience comes with a $90 dining coupon.  Unused dining value can be taken away on a gift card for your next Grant Hall restaurant visit. Tours are available Friday and Saturday at 5:30 p.m., with dinner to follow at 7 p.m.
