Located in the hills of southern Saskatchewan near Avonlea, the Claybank Brick Plant National Historic Site is a splendid example of early 20th century industrialism. This site has remained practically unchanged since 1912. For 2022, the Interpretive Centre and Bunkhouse Cafe is open and visitors may hike the Massold Clay Canyons. Guided and self-guided tours of the Brick Plant will not be available until further notice. Visitors are welcome to view the video of the workings of the plant in the Interpretive Centre and to purchase a delicious pie or meal at the Bunkhouse Cafe. For off-season hiking, purchase a membership online through the Claybank Brick Plant's website.
