The Rockin' Beach Regional Park, located on Fife Lake near Rockglen, features 44 electric and water camping sites, and 14 tenting sites, ball diamonds, volleyball courts, a motocross track and​ a beach with swimming area. A 9-hole disc golf course was installed in 2024 and is the only course in the area. Disc golf is free to play and discs are available for rental. Enjoy ​great hiking and birdwatching.
