Visitors are also encouraged to take the Heritage Walking Tour, stop by the 1915 grain elevator, enjoy the many green spaces around town and take a relaxing swim at the Aquaplex. And a visit to the community isn't complete without a stroll down the lantern-lined main street and checking out the unique boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Nearby Thomson Lake Regional Park and Shamrock Regional Park offer a variety of recreational opportunities including bird watching, fishing, canoeing, hiking, swimming and golfing.
