The rural community of Briercrest is located southeast of Moose Jaw on Hwy 339. An agricultural-based community, Briercrest has a small number of businesses which supply goods and services to its residents and visitors; including the Briercrest Grain Ltd. elevator.

The humble beginnings of the Briercrest Bible College began in this community back in 1935 with 11 students and now today, has over 10,000 alumni throughout the world. In 1946, the college moved to the community of Caronport and is now called the Briercest College and Seminary.

While visiting Briercrest, be sure to stop in and visit The Claybank Brick National Historic Site, which is only 15 km south of the town on Hwy 339.

                  The Briercrest & District ​Museum's themed rooms display historical artifacts from homes, farms, schools, churches and businesses in the area from the days of settlement to the present time. Second-hand store located in one of the classrooms. Stop by the onsite ice cream parlour for refreshments. The museum's Heritage Day taking place the second Saturday in June features bouncy castles, slow pitch tournament, car show, beer gardens, old time music, and many other activities and entertainment​.
