Located in southwest Saskatchewan, just north of the Great Sand Hills, Sceptre is home to the world's largest metal wheat sculpture. The Great Sandhills Museum and Interpretive Centre is also located in the community and provides visitors with information on the history of the Great Sand Hills and facilitates group tours in the area. Along with the museum, visitors requiring directions to the Great Sand Hills, are welcome to stop at the Rural Municipality of Clinworth office in Sceptre. Six electrified campsites, a showerhouse and washrooms are located across from the RM office; the $20 nightly camping fee is payable at the RM office or the museum.
