Situated in the heart of Moose Jaw, this "Jewel of the Prairies" - Crescent Park, has a rich history. The 28-acre park, encompassing six blocks of land, is surrounded by gorgeous flora and fauna, winding pathways, bridges and a waterfall. Activities for rest and play and for enjoying the arts and culture abound. The amphitheatre is popular for concerts and other events throughout the summer months. Stop in at the Moose Jaw Public Library to view its marble-clad foyer and stained glass dome or check-out the changing exhibits at the Moose Jaw Museum and Art Gallery. An Olympic-sized outdoor pool, spray park and paddling pool provide relief from the summer heat. Tennis courts, dating to 1910, and a lawn bowling green are located on the east side of Crescent Park.
