Experience daily life at Historic Reesor Ranch, a unique and authentic western Canadian, sixth-generation (founded in 1904) working ranch located in the Cypress Hills where wide open prairie meets majestic evergreen forest. The Reesor Ranch is a Tourism Saskatchewan Spirit of Saskatchewan award winner and a member of Destination Canada's Signature Experience Collection. In 2017, the ranch received a Provincial Heritage Property designation.

    Open year round, Historic Reesor Ranch offers Cypress Hills Adventure Packages with seasonal ranch activities on horseback. Ride the hills renowned for the Cypress Hills Massacre, a pivotal event in Canada's early history, while on a guided horseback riding or guided ATV tour. Hike the rolling landscape, birdwatch and stargaze. Historic Reesor Ranch offers a 3-kilometer self-guided hike plus a self-guided tour of their historic buildings. During winter, explore the landscape by hiking, snowshoeing, horseback riding (check availability) or guided ATV tour.
     
    From May to September, the Ranch Hall Grill serves tasty meals by advance reservation. Beer, house wine and wines from Cypress Hills Winery are available with suppers. Accommodations sleep up to 74 guests, mostly in double occupancy, include shared or private bathrooms featuring shower or tub. Breakfast is included in some offers.

Book breakfast or supper with your​ one-hour guided tour over diverse terrain on Historic Reesor Ranch private property. ​Explore winding trails in spruce and pine forest, and take in the beautiful vistas of the Cypress Hills Wilderness Area and Battle Creek V​alley, next to Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park West Block in Southern Saskatchewan. ATVs are equipped with tires in the summer and winter tracks in the winter.
    Rates: adults $99, children 15 and younger $49.50. Must be 16 to drive an ATV.​

    ​Experience daily life in all seasons at Historic Reesor Ranch, an authentic western Canadian, sixth-generation working ranch located in next to Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park Saskatchewan West Block, in southwest Saskatchewan. Horse activities are offered to guests staying at the ranch or day visitors daily at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Meals can be booked if you opt for the Cowboy Breakfast Ride or the Supper Ride packages.

    Whatever your age or skill level, Reesor Ranch has a horse-related adventure to choose from. Enjoy a 2-hour horseback riding adventure, a pony ride for your little cowpokes, trail rides, training for trail rides, or, if you just want to hang out with horses, Reesor Ranch offers that too. Located in the beautiful Cypress Hills, Reesor Ranch invites you to "Come ride with us!"​​
