From time to time things change, life happens and plans have to be adjusted. Here is what you need to know should you need to change or cancel your reservations or bookings.
Pavilion: Change or Cancellation Penalties
Changes to dates or permit holder name made prior to 11:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 change fee.
Extending your reservation will not incur additional reservation transaction fee charges, however the additional rental fees will be charged.
Shortening or cancelling your reservation more than 14 days prior to 11 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 change fee.
Shortening or cancelling your reservation 14 days or less prior to 11 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $50 change fee.
You are considered a no-show if the pavilion is cancelled after 8:00 a.m. CST on arrival date. No-shows result in 100% of the total rental cost being forfeited.
Once checked-in at the park, all changes and cancellations must occur at the park.
Picnic Shelter: Change or Cancellation Penalties
Changes to dates or permit holder name made prior to 8:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 change fee.

You are considered a no-show if the reservation is cancelled after 8 a.m. CST on arrival date. No-shows result in 100% of the total rental cost being forfeited.

Recreation Hall: Change or Cancellation Penalties
Changes to dates and times or cancellations made 30 days or more prior to 9:00 a.m. CST of arrival date will incur a $15 change and/or cancellation fee.
Changes or cancellations made 30 days or less prior to 9:00 a.m. CST of arrival date to a recreation hall less than 200 square meters will incur a $50 change and/or cancellation fee.
Changes or cancellations made 30 days or less prior to 9:00 a.m. CST of arrival date to a recreation hall more than 200 square meters will incur a $100 change and/or cancellation fee.
You are considered a no-show and automatically cancelled by the park if recreation hall is not occupied for the reservation period. No-shows result in the forfeit of 100% of the recreation hall rate.
