Chef Derrick Uniat offers a unique, locally inspired experience and shares what he learned about creating a fine dining experience in the remote Canadian wilderness. Guests return year after year for action-packed fishing and are treated to luxury at this fly-in lodge. Expert guides will teach you how to fish for walleye, northern pike, Arctic grayling and lake trout, and then Chef Derrick will help you turn your catch into beautiful, gourmet dishes, including smoked lake trout chowder. This is a vacation for all skill levels.
